"Try that DIY!"

Hello everyone and happy new year! Sorry I have been gone I was just figuring out new DIYs to do, doing school, figuring out time to blog, and hanging out with my family! So you might be confused by the title but I'm starting a new series on my blog called "Try that DIY". So in this series I will be finding DIYs on Pinterest, on some of my favorite blogs, and Youtubers then trying to do them! For this post I am trying Oh Happy Day's DIY Clay Words! I was so excited for this one because it looked so cute in the photos!

For this DIY you will need:

• Parchment paper

• Any color paint/ spray paint

• Paintbrush

• Sculpey lll

• And a knife or X-acto knife

Roll out clay to about 0.5 inches thick on the parchment paper ( I found out it is pretty hard to roll out Sculpey lll so do your best).

1. Loop out the word(s) you want to say in cursive ( you can write it on a piece of paper for a guide).

2. Put your clay in the oven at 225°F for 15 minutes or whatever your clay packaging says while on the parchment paper.

3. Let the clay cool for 10-!5 minutes

4. Then paint your clay ( If you are not that good at painting you can try to spray paint your clay)

5. Let the paint dry and display your new DIY!
